WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? DOES IT SUPPORT CASH PAYMENT?
We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard), direct bank transfer and crypto wallet payments. Cash payments are not supported.
Returns
I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER OR SHIPPING ADDRESS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
First, you can modify the address or product information directly in your order before 11:00 pm (PDT.-7 GMT) on the day you place the order. Otherwise, you can contact us via support@sellervape.com to request further changes.
HOW TO RETURN THE ITEMS?
Please note that you can request a return within 15 days of receiving the items.
Return criteria are as follows:
1. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
2. You also need to provide relevant receipts or proof of purchase.
Once your return request is approved, please contact us via support@sellervape.com. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept items returned directly without application.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Normally, orders will be processed within 1 – 5 working days and packed for dispatch. In case of special circumstances, please communicate with customer service via email. Tracking number will be emailed to you.

WHAT’S THE SHIPPING POLICY?
Free shipping in the US and Australia.
Countries that we can ship with DDP (Delivery duty paid) Method, it doesn’t request you do customs clearance and no duties for you.
USA – UPS Express (except Alaska and Hawaii)
UK – Local DPD Express
Europe – UPS Express/ DPD Express/ DHL Express

Shipping method and time
Shenzhen UPS Express – around 7~12 days all around the world.
Air shipping – ship to your near airport only, which requires you to have strong customs clearance skills, it usually for large quantity & weight (such as 1,000 kg) order.
Your own forwarder – We can also deliver the goods to your freight forwarder if you have a designated Shenzhen freight forwarding company to cooperate with.
